As teachers, my sister and I were involved in teaching a variety of subjects, including history and geography. Our involvement in the learning of American history and the Westward Movement, punctuated our affinity for this segment of American development.

Southwestern culture, including landscape, natural resources and the Native American Indians, we felt, has beauty, appeal, and intrigue. Thus, we enjoy an exposure to a variety of facets relating to this culture. Among these aspects considered are native talents involving art, jewelry, pottery, and their resourcefulness in appreciating and respecting nature. We expect to promote and to disseminate the lifestyle of the Southwest, and to inform people of the richness and diversity of the Southwestern area.

The focus of Everything Southwestern is honesty, ease and simplicity of transactions, and integrity in the activity of this business conduct. Hopefully there will be exposure to a wide variety of Southwestern talents and the promotion thereof. It is our intent to include products with wide appeal, but also to be aware of public sentiment for inclusion of anything popular that may have been omitted.
