Many people remember Robert Shields, the performer, Union Square San Francisco's first street mime, and one-half of the internationally renowned duo Shields & Yarnell. But before the performing came the art, creations inspired by his influences and surroundings. Moving to Sedona, Arizona in the late 1980's brought forth a rush of creativity. Meeting people from all cultures he developed a love for native peoples, their traditions, and their art. His love of storytelling moved fromt the stage to telling stories with color, form, and symbols. We hope you enjoy his designs for many years to come.
